absolutely loved the colors of the hotel, but the noisy slatted doors meant I couldn't enjoy my stay! also, the lack of a full-length mirror was tragic. I would have expected a welcome gift for enduring such discomfort, but I guess not everyone is worth that? just couldn’t give a good review.

The Deluxe Junior Suite was lovely, but the A/C was dripping all night.

The hotel has a lovely courtyard and the cat amenities were a pleasant surprise. However, the air conditioning was quite loud at night.

The complimentary breakfast from the bakery across the street was so delicious! 🌟 The clean pool and cozy rooms were great too, although it was a bit far from the beach. Still, I loved my time here!

The hotel is ideally situated just two blocks from the charming town square, making it easy to explore local shops and restaurants. The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful, ensuring that we felt right at home during our stay. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed, offering a lovely view of the quaint courtyard and pool area.

The family studio was spacious and comfortable, with fully functional AC that made our stay even better. It was just a street away from the main strip, so we were perfectly located to explore the area. I especially loved the ambiance of the hotel, which made our experience feel truly special.

The hotel features charming decor and elegant design.

I encountered several issues during my stay. The lack of soundproofing in the Superior Queen Room made it difficult to sleep due to the noise from other guests and outside. Additionally, there were no full-length mirrors in the room, which made getting ready challenging. To top it off, some linens were not clean, and there were occasional problems with water temperature during showers.

The Junior Suite with Terrace was spacious and had so many outlets—seriously a lifesaver! Plus, I loved the nice bathroom with strong water pressure. It even had a hammock I could set up for chill time. The only downfall was the small bathroom if you're taller than 6 feet, but the rest made up for it. The pool area was pretty cute too. Overall, felt great knowing it was a safe spot while exploring Tulum.

This place suits me perfectly! With free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and laundry, it has everything I need. The staff is always helpful. they even provided a phone charger during my first stay. I highly recommend enjoying a foot massage! I’m coming back for a new year.
